Ordering 

To place an order, please post, email or fax us with your requirements. If you prefer to use product codes to describe your footwear, please contact us and we will be happy to send you our latest order codes list.


Nimco Footwear Delivery

Custom Made Footwear are made to order and so we are able to provide very accurate delivery times. Once we have received your order it will be processed and sent electronically to Nimco for manufacture. On receipt of your order we will deliver to you in 12 - 14 working days. This delivery timescale is very reliable so you are able to make your next patient appointment with confidence. If a delay does occur with your order, we will always contact you and explain the delay.

Split pairs are processed in the same way as the custom made range unless agreed otherwise. Once your order is received it will attract the same reliable delivery scale as the custom made range. All split pair orders attract a 50% surcharge and can be split in any way (last, size, stiffener).


Nimco Footwear Returns

When you receive your order we want you to be happy with every aspect of your footwear. However if you need to return the footwear for any reason, we will be happy to receive them under the following conditions:
-Your footwear must be unworn and be less than 30 days from date of delivery.
- All standard boots and most custom made boots are fully returnable, however returnable custom made orders attract a 25% restocking fee.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of custom footwear made with sandal styles or made colours or materials. Footwear which has been ordered as a split pair are also non-returnable.  Finally, any order which has been adapted in any way or utilises non catalogue colours or styles can not be refunded. Your statutory rights are not affected.


Atlantic Rim Braces Delivery

Once your order has been placed successfully, the delivery timescale will be dependent on whether the item is in stock or if it was a custom made to order version of the Dynamic Walk. 
-Stock versions of the Dynamic Walk are dispatched in 2 - 3 days subject to availability
-Custom selection Dynamic Walks are dispatched in 8-10 days 
-Fully bespoke Dynamic Walks made from measures or cast are dispatched in 10-12 days 


Atlantic Rim Braces Returns

When you receive your order, we want you to be happy with every aspect of the Dynamic Walk. However, if you need to return your Dynamic Walk, we can accept them back within 30 days under the following conditions:
-Your Dynamic Walk must be in an unworn condition and have had no modifications.
-Custom made to measure, to cast and custom selection are non returnable.
-The Double-Double and Modular Dynamic AFO are returnable as long as they were ordered as a complete stock size and not custom selection.

If your Dynamic Walk develops a fault in the first 12 months from delivery, we will replace this providing that the failure is not due to mis-use. The remainder of the warranty period then continues with the replacement Dynamic Walk .
